Recipe information

  • Total Time

    8 minutes

  • Yield

    1 serving

Ingredients

1

Tbsp. almond butter

1

Tbsp. maple syrup

¾

cup to 1 cup milk or soy milk (use less for a thicker consistency)

1

tsp. vanilla extract

½

tsp. cinnamon

tsp. ground cardamom

Pinch of ground cloves

Pinch of allspice

Pinch of ginger

Pinch of black pepper

cup rolled oats

2

Tbsp. chia seeds

½

cup frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Step 1

In a pint jar, stir almond butter and maple syrup together, as they’re easier to mix this way.

    Step 2

Then, add milk, vanilla, and spices, and mix again. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and blueberries, mix once more, and fasten the jar with a lid.

    Step 3

Place the jar in the fridge for at least four hours or up to three to four days.
